    7月18日，2010全国大型水泥窑用高效低阻除尘器布袋除尘技术现场推广会在山东淄博隆重召开。本次会议由中国水泥协会、中国建材联合会科技部主办，江苏科行集团承办。中国水泥协会副会长兼秘书长孔祥忠、中国建材联合会科技部主任周清浩、山东建材工业协会水泥专业委员会秘书长王海红、江苏科行集团总裁刘怀平、鲁中水泥常务副总许博文出席了本次会议并致词。
     据了解，由江苏科行集团研制的高效低阻除尘器布袋除尘技术和装备，已在山东淄博鲁中水泥有限公司等多家水泥企业5000t/d水泥熟料生产线上长期稳定运行。进一步推进了我国水泥工业布袋除尘新技术的应用。
     周清浩为会议小结时高度肯定了科行集团的高效低阻布袋除尘技术为水泥行业除尘环保技术进步作出的贡献，他认为，水泥工业保护环境形势日益严峻，技术创新开展迫在眉睫。作为高污染行业，水泥生产污染了大气环境，也污染了社会。他举例道，2008年我国水泥行业排尘量367万吨，占到全国各工业部门的34.8%，另外还产生了大量的氮氧化物，二氧化硫，温室气体等。
     周清浩还介绍目前我们国家新型干法水泥生产线技术装备领域的发展情况，大部分的关键装备、主机装备都已经开发成功，技术性能指标达到了国际先进水平，我国水泥成套技术与装备已经出口到了世界56个国家和地区。包括我们认为的发达国家欧洲和美国，在全国所有工业部门当中，还没有一个行业像水泥行业这样，能以整套的技术与装备出口到发达国家。
     当天下午，与会代表还参观了山东鲁中水泥有限公司5000t/d生产线现场。鲁中水泥5000t/d生产线于2009年10月点火，窑尾废气收尘采用江苏科行环境工程技术公司制造的KDM280-2x10.0型脉冲袋式收尘器。

Zhou Qinghao also describes the present our country dry cement production line equipment areas of 发展 because most of the key equipment, Zhujizhuangbei Du Yijing development success, technical Xingneng indicators have reached the advanced international level, China's cement sets of technology and equipment have been exported to the 56 countries and regions.  We believe that developed countries including Europe and the United States, among all industrial sectors in the country, not an industry such as cement industry, able to package the technology and equipment export to developed countries.
